Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá problémy nemocných s GvHD po alogenní transplantaci, popisuje projevy, stadia, diagnostiku, léčbu, prognózu a komplexní péči o pacienty s GvHD. Náplní práce je zjištění vlivu GvHD na požadavky sebepéče Oremové a sestavení situační potřeby sebepéče u pacientů s touto diagnózou. Těžiště práce tvoří dotazníkové šetření ve Fakultní nemocnici Olomouc a Plzeň, které bylo zaměřené na zjištění kompetencí sebepéče u pacientů s GvHD v oblasti znalosti onemocnění, výživy a vyprazdňování. Na základě analýzy a interpretace získaných dat bylo provedeno srovnání sebepéče u pacientů v těchto 2 zdravotnických zařízeních. Praktickým výstupem práce je vytvoření edukačního programu pro pacienty s GvHD na téma: "Problematika GvHD u pacientů po alogenní transplantaci".This bachelor thesis deals with problems of patients with GvHD after allogene transplantation; it describes symptoms, stages, diagnostics, treatment, prognosis and comprehensive care for patients with GvHD. The scope of this thesis is to determine the effect of GvHD on the Dorothea Orem's Self-Care Requisites and the establishment of situational self-care needs patients with this diagnosis. The fundamental point of this work is the questionnaire survey performed at teaching hospitals in Olomouc and Plzeň. The goal of the survey was to find out at finding self-care skills in patients with GvHD of knowledge of disease, nutrition and emptying. Based on this analysis and interpretation of the obtained data, comparison of self-care patients at these two hospitals was carried out. The practical outcome of this work is to create educational program for patients with GvHD on the topic: "Problems of GvHD in patients after allogeneic transplantation".
