Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá problémy klientů se stomií, popisuje anatomii a fyziologii tenkého a tlustého střeva, důvody založení stomie, hlavně nádory tlustého střeva. Dále se zabývá komplexní ošetřovatelskou péčí o klienty se stomií, edukací a povinnosti stomasestry při péči a edukaci klienta se stomií. Cílem bakalářské práce je zmapovat informovanost klientů, kterým byla provedena stomie a jejich subjektivní spokojenost s informovaností před a po operaci. Potřebné údaje byly zjišťovány pomocí dotazníku. Praktickým výstupem práce je vytvoření edukačního plánu a edukačního letáku pro klienty po operaci s provedením stomie.This thesis addresses the problems of clients with a stoma, describes the anatomy and physiology of the small intestine and colon, the reasons for creation of stoma, especially the colon cancer. It also deals with complex nursing care of clients with the stoma, education and duties of stoma nurse and education of clients with the stoma. The aim of this work is to map the level of clients awareness who have been made stoma and their subjective satisfaction with provided information before and after surgery. Necessary data were collected using a questionnaire. The practical outcome of this work is to create an educational plan and educational leaflet for clients after performing surgery with stoma.
