Tématem bakalářské práce je porod císařským řezem. V teoretické části je popsána jeho historie, nejčastější indikace, druhy anestezie, metody provedení, pooperační péče, možné komplikace, rehabilitace, průběh šestinedělí, kojení, specifika péče o novorozence porozeného císařským řezem a možnosti spontánního porodu po císařském řezu. Cílem šetření bylo zjistit a popsat prožívání císařského řezu rodičkou. Byly stanoveny tři cíle: zjistit informovanost rodičky o císařském řezu, zjistit a popsat tělesný stav po císařském řezu, zjistit a popsat psychický stav po císařském řezu. Výzkumné šetření proběhlo na oddělení šestinedělí a jednotce intenzivní péče. Byla použita metoda kvantitativního výzkumu formou anonymního dotazníku. Výsledky výzkumu byly zpracovány do grafů a tabulek, kde jsou uvedeny absolutní a relativní hodnoty.The topic of the bachelor's thesis is delivery by caesarean section. In the theoretical part, the history, the most frequent indications, types of anaesthesia, surgery methods, post-surgery care, possible complications, rehabilitation, course of puerperium, breast-feeding, specifics of care for a baby born by a caesarean section are described as well as possibilities of spontaneous delivery after caesarean section. The objective of the survey was to find out and describe the perception of caesarean section by mothers. Three objectives were set: to find out awareness of mothers about caesarean section, to find out and describe the physical condition after caesarean section, to find out and to describe mental condition after caesarean section. The research survey was carried out in the Post-Delivery Department and at an intensive care unit. The method of quantitative research was used in form of an anonymous questionnaire. The research results were processed to charts and tables where absolute and relative values are stated.
