Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na úroveň znalostí o dárcovském a transplantačním programu mrtvých dárců v ČR u všeobecných sester. Teoretická část tvoří přehled o historii transplantací, právní legislativě, diagnostice smrti mozku a následné péče o dárce. V praktické části jsou analyzovány výsledky dotazníkového šetření. Cílem práce bylo zmapovat úroveň znalostí u všeobecných sester a vyhodnotit diferenciaci mezi sestrami pracujícími na anesteziologicko-resuscitačním oddělení a jednotkách intenzivní péče.The bachelorship thesis deals with the level of knowledge of donorship and transplantation programme of dead donors in the Czech Republic among the general nurses. The theoretical part contains a survey of the history of transplantations, the respective law legislation, the diagnostics of the brain death and the subsequent care of donors. In the practical part there are results of a questionnaire inquiry analyzed. The thesis is aimed on mapping the level of this knowledge among the general nurses and on evaluating the differentiation among the nurses working in anaestesiologic-resuscitation departments and in units of intensive care.
