Předmětem práce jsou možnosti fyzioterapie u osob po operacích pleury, hrudní stěny, průdušek, plic a po úrazech hrudníku. V úvodní časti práce je popsána anatomie hrudníku a dýchacího systému. Dále pak jsou shrnuta onemocnění a úrazy indikované k operacím a posléze možnosti chirurgické léčby. Následuje jádro vlastní práce, jež je věnováno jednotlivým metodám fyzioterapie po operacích v oblasti hrudníku, jejich cílům a způsobům využití, jakožto dnes nedílné součásti zdravotní péče o uvedené typy onemocnění a poranění.The aim of this thesis is to illustrate the possibilities of physiotherapy by persons recovering from pleura, chest, bronchi and lung surgery and after chest injuries. At first there is a description of chest and respiratory system anatomy. Next there is a summary of the diseases and injuries associated with chest surgery, and their surgical therapy. The main part is devoted to the methods of physiotherapy after chest surgery, their goals and their usages, as an integral part of a today?s health care protocol for the aforementioned types of diseases and injuries.
