Bakalářská práce se zabývá jednak osvojením a pěstounskou péčí z historického hlediska, dále pak právními podmínkami osvojení v minulosti. Rovněž se zabývá jednotlivými formami náhradní rodinné péče. Seznamuje nás se zprostředkováním náhradní rodinné péče, od podání žádosti až po převzetí dítěte do péče. Objasňuje také právní rámec této problematiky. Podrobně se věnuje historii vzniku a současné podobě kojeneckého ústavu v Olomouci.My bachelor work deals with both - the process of adoption and foster care from the historical point of view and further on with the legal conditions of adoption in the past. It also deals with the individual forms of substitute family care. This work makes us familiar with the mediation of foster family care from the very moment of placing an application form up to the point of taking over the child into one´s care. It also makes clear the legal framework of this problem and it pays close attention to the history of coming into existence as well as the current form of the Infants´ Home in Olomouc.
