Cílem bakalářské práce je objasnění problematiky "sprejerství" v současné společnosti a nastínění možnosti prevence v této oblasti kriminality. Práce je rozdělena na dvě části. V teoretické části je vysvětlena historie "sprejerství" a jsou objasněny základní pojmy, dále je zde rozebrán systém prevence kriminality v České republice a je zde uvedena právní kvalifikace "sprejerství". V praktické části je provedena analýza statistických dat "sprejerství" ve městě Jihlava v letech 2001-2009, na základě analýzy je provedeno vyhodnocení problematiky a jsou zde uvedeny možnosti prevence v této oblasti kriminality. Následně je vytvořena přednáška prevence kriminality pro žáky základní školy se zaměřením na trestní odpovědnost mladistvých a hlavním tématem přednášky je problematika "sprejerství" a možné důsledky páchání této trestné činnosti.The aim of the bachelor thesis is to clarify the issue of "graffiti" in contemporary society and to outline the possibilities of prevention in this area of criminality. The thesis is divided into two parts. In the theoretical part, the history of "graffiti" is explained and the basic concepts are clarified, further there is also analyzed the crime prevention system in the Czech Republic and the legal characterization of "graffiti" is presented. In the practical part there is performed the analysis of statistical data of "graffiti" in the city of Jihlava in the years 2001-2009, on the basis of the analysis there is an evaluation of the problem and there are given the opportunities to prevent crime in this area. Subsequently there is created the crime prevention lecture for elementary school pupils, with a focus on juvenile criminal responsibility and the main theme of the lecture is the issue of "graffiti" and the possible consequences of committing this crime.
