Bakalářská práce je složená ze tří kapitol. První kapitola se zabývá historií a hudebním působením piaristického řádu v českých zemích a několika jeho předtaviteli. Druhá kapitola shrnuje dosavadní poznatky o životě Václava Kalouse. Třetí stěžejní kapitola této práce obsahuje spartaci dvou částí Kalousovy skladby Missa ex C - Kyrie a Gloria. Spartace je doplněna vydavatelskou zprávou.The thesis is composed of three parts. The first part deals with the history and musical activity of piarist friary in the Czech lands and some of its representatives. The second one summarizes actual knowledge about the life of Václav Kalous. The third pivotal part of this thesis contains the critical transcription of two parts of Kalous´ composition Missa ex C - Kyrie and Gloria. The critical transcription is completed with the editorial report.
