Práce shrnuje problematiku jemné motoriky ruky u vybraných neurologických symptomů. Hlavní část se zabývá možnostmi redukce spasticity a třesu metodami léčebné rehabilitace, zejména kinezioterapií, fyzikální terapií, ergoterapií a ortotikou. Pro ucelení pohledu na ruku a její funkce jsou zařazeny kapitoly pojednávající o úchopu, který je dominantní funkcí ruky, dále o testování jemné motoriky a možnostech ovládání počítače. Součástí práce je kazuistika pacientky s hemiparézou.The bachelor thesis summarizes the problems of fine motor skills of the hand in selected neurological symptoms. The main part is concerned with the possibilities of spasticity and tremor reduction using methods of therapeutic rehabilitation, especially by kineziotherapy, physical therapy, ergotherapy and orthotics. In order to create a coherent perspective on the hand and its functions, chapters dealing with grip, which is the dominant function of a hand, are included. Also considered are testing of fine motor skills and possibilities of computer operation. Part of the thesis is a case study of a female patient with hemiparesis.
