Tato bakalářská práce pojednává o problematice pertrochanterických zlomenin u starých osob. Teoretická část zahrnuje fenomén stárnutí a stáří, klasifikaci zlomenin proximálního femuru a jejich léčení. Praktickou součástí práce je přehled fyzioterapeutické péče o pacienty seniory, která přispívá procesu rekonvalescence a zabraňuje četným pooperačním komplikacím. Přehled léčebných prostředků je doplněn kazuistikou pacienta s pertrochanterickou zlomeninouThis bachelor thesis is about the problem of the pertrochanteric fractures in elderly people. The theoretical part contains the phenomenon of ageing and old age, classification of fractures of the proximal femur and their treatment. The practical part is a survey of a physiotherapist's care of the senior patients, which helps the proces of convalescence and avoids the numerous postoperative complications. The overview of therapeutic resources is complemented by a casuistry of the patient with petrochanteric fracture.
