Bakalářská práce se zabývá průzkumem klimatu v mateřských školách a to především v oblastech vzájemných vztahů mezi pracovníky a v oblasti vedení školy. Teoretická část pojednává o klimatu školy z pohledu různých autorů. Zabývá se faktory a typy školního klimatu. Další část popisuje účinky klimatu na spokojenost pracovníků, vlivy klimatu školy na učitele, jejich vztahy a vzájemnou komunikaci. Jedním z témat jsou i metody zkoumání školního klimatu. Empirická část se zabývá cílem průzkumu, charakteristikou výzkumných míst a výzkumného vzorku. Průzkum je prováděn ve třech mateřských školách, a to formou dotazníků. Výsledkem průzkumu je zhodnocení, jak určité skupiny zaměstnanců v mateřských školách vnímají školní klima a jak se odlišují jednotlivé skupiny a subjekty.Baccalaureate thesis deals with the exploration of climate in nursery schools and especially in areas of mutual relations between workers and in areas management of the school. Theoretical part deals with the school climate from the perspective of different authors. Deals with the factors and types of school climate. The next part describes the effects of climate on workers satisfaction, influence climate of school to teachers, their relationships and mutual communication. One of the topics are the methods of investigation school climate. Empirical part deals with the aim of the survey, characteristics of research sites and research sample. The survey is conducted in three nursery schools in the form of questionnaires. The result of the survey is evaluate how a groups of emloyees in the nursery schools, perceive the school climate and differentness between groups and between individual subjects.
