Práce je rozdělena do dvou částí. První část hodnotí podklady pro RURÚ (Rozbor udržitelného rozvoje území), které jsou součástí ÚAP (Územně analytických podkladů), které musí kraje povinně pořizovat. Protože pro kraje není stanovena jednotá metodika, jak podklady pro RURÚ tvořit, je jejich zpracování diametrálně odlišné. Ve druhé části je proto navržen optimální obsah podkladů, na základě výsledku porovnání z první části. Nakonec je provedena částečná praktická realizace na datech poskytnutých Krajským úřadem Olomouckého kraje.The tesis is separated up in to two parts. The first part of the thesis assesses in detail the documents for the RURÚ of the Regions. The assessment is specified in a detailed table, being an inseparable part of the thesis.The framework consists of 4 columns ? assessment of maps, tables, charts and other annexes like various diagrams, plans. In rows, the table is divided into 10 basic themes ? rock environment and geology; water regime; hygiene of the environment; protection of nature and landscape; agricultural land resources and forest lands; public road-traffic and engineering infrastructure; socio-demographic conditions; housing; recreation; economic conditions. The above themes are specified in Ordinance No. 500/2006 Coll. Furthermore, the theme of wider relations, present in some Regions, was added. The table accentuates, in particular, the pros and cons of the maps processed. After assessing the documents for the RURÚ of all Regions, it was possible to outline the optimal content. Maps, tables and charts which describe the given themes and appear in most Regions were selected for each chapter. Thus the differences between the separate Regions were adjusted. The outline the optimal content is an inseparable part of the thesis.The next step was practical processing of 3 themes selected together with the staff of the Olomouc Region Authority. The themes of protection of nature and landscape, socio-demographic conditions, and economic conditions were selected. The practical results are stated in annexes to the thesis.
