Má bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou rodinného zázemí nezletilých dětí, fungováním rodiny a naplňováním základních potřeb dětí v rodině. Tam, kde pojem domova děti nepoznávají v "Matějíčkově" slova významu, kde nejsou řádně uspokojovány potřeby nezletilých dětí, kde rodinné funkce selhávají, tam nastupuje pomoc státu ve formě sociálně-právní ochrany dětí. Přináším zde zmapování problematiky dysfunkčních rodin a nahlédnutí do možností i rezerv sanace rodiny v regionu Hranicko. Nastiňuji zde velmi nevyužitou oblast pro poskytovatele sociálních služeb tohoto regionu, zejména služeb zaměřených na výkon sociálně-právní ochrany dětí. In cases where the children do not recognize the idea of home in Matějíček's sense the state support takes place in form of social and legal protection of the children's rights. The thesis charts the problems of dysfunctional families and looks at the possibilities of family reconstruction in the Hranicko region.
