Tématem této práce je individuální plánování v Domu na půl cesty Timotei v Bruntále. Předmětem zkoumání jsou cíle, které si uživatelé stanovují po příchodu do této sociální služby. Mým cílem bylo ověřit, jak se jim daří jejich individuální cíle naplnit. Úvodní část práce je věnována teoretickému vymezení individuálního plánování, charakteristice Domu na půl cesty Timotei a popisu individuálního plánování v tomto zařízení. V části věnované cílům a jejich naplňování sleduji především, jak a kolika uživatelům se podařilo naplnit svůj osobní cíl, z jakého prostředí přicházejí (rodina, výchovný ústav, ulice), kolik času potřebují na splnění alespoň jednoho cíle. Základním zdrojem informací pro práci s cíli byla spisová dokumentace uživatelů.The theme of this work is an individual planning in Half-Way House Timotei in Bruntál. Under examination are the objectives set by clients after their decision to use the help of the social services. My goal was to investigate how they managed to meet these individual objectives. Introduction presents the theoretical definition of the individual planning, characteristics of Half Way House Timotei in Bruntál and describes the individual planning in this institution. In the part which presents the clients´ objectives and their fulfilling are being examined the quality and the quantity of the given fact, the social enviroment of the clients (family, corrective institutions, street), and the process how much time they need to meet at least one objective. The primary source of information for the work with the objectives were the clients´ records.
