Cílem bakalářské práce je provedení analýzy současného stavu nabídky volnočasových služeb Sanatorií Klimkovice. Na základě sběru informací, studia literatury a výsledků empirického šetření zjistit jak jsou klienti s nabídkou spokojeni, co jim schází a navrhnout doporučení, která by vedla k větší spokojenosti a zkvalitnění služeb.The aim of this Bachelor thesis is to analyze the current state of offer of leisure time activities services provided by Sanatoria Klimkovice. Based on data collection, study of literature and results of empirical survey the thesis aims to find out whether the clients are satisfied with the offer, what they miss and make suggestions which would result in increase of clients´ satisfaction and improvement of services.
