Tato diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou extremismu. Úvodní kapitoly jsou věnovány popisu samotného pojmu extremismu a jeho dělení podle jednotlivých forem. Jelikož se tato práce zabývá extremismem především z pohledu trestního práva, následuje výčet a stručný výklad skutkových podstat trestných činů souvisejících s extremismem. Ochranu společnosti před extremismem poskytují i jiná právní odvětví, kterým je věnována samostatná kapitola. S tématem práce úzce souvisí i terorismus, proto je část práce zaměřena i na toto bezpečnostní riziko. Po srovnání se slovenskou trestněprávní úpravou je práce zakončena vlastními úvahami a závěry.This diploma thesis is concerned with the issue of extremism. Initial chapters are dedicated to the description of the term of extremism itself and its distinguishing in accordance with particular forms. Because this thesis is concerned with extremism from the criminal law point of view, enumeration and short interpretation of bodies of crimes connected with extremism follow. Protection of the society against extremism is provided by other branches of law which is analyzed in a separate chapter. Terrorism is closely related to the topic of this thesis therefore a part of the work is focused on this security risk. After comparison with Slovak criminal law regulation, the thesis is finalized with own thoughts and conclusions.
