So zreteľom na túto myšlienku sa táto bakalárska práca zaoberá základom motívov a stimulov, na ktorých stavia motivačné modely. Z tých následne prechádza do teórií motivácie, ktoré sú pretavované do praktickej podoby, ako návod na zapracovanie do praxe pre konkrétnu spoločnosť, ktorá nedisponuje personálnym pracovníkom. Rovnako sa venuje hodnoteniu, ako forme motivácie. V hodnotení sa sleduje jednoduchá línia hodnotiacich postupov, ľahko implementovateľných v pracovnom procese s prehľadnými logickými krokmi.The motivation of employees and the classification of a working output is increasing the satisfaction of employees and helps the organisation to reach the targets faster. With the reference to the prevouse idea, this bachelor thesis deals with the bases of the motives and stimules that are headstones for the motivation models. They subsequently merge into the motivation theories. The motivation theories are remelting into a useful form as the instruction for the concrete organisation. This organisation is not disposing with a personnel professional. This bachelor thesis also pays attention to the classification as a form of motivation. There is a simple line of the classification procedures that are easily implementing into a working process with the clear logical steps.
