Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na zkvalitnění vzdělávání trenérů ženského fotbalu v rámci Českomoravského fotbalového svazu. Shromažďuje poznatky o historii a současnosti ženského fotbalu v České republice a ve světě. Vyjadřuje rozdíly mezi tréninkem mužů a žen. Popisuje a analyzuje stav vzdělávání trenérů u nás a v nejúspěšnější zemi ženského fotbalu, v USA. V práci uvedené poznatky budou využity v rámci školení trenérů ženského fotbalu v České republice.This bachelor thesis is focused on improving coaching education in Czech women?s football within the Czech Football Association. It assembles historical and present information in women´s football in the Czech Republic and in the World. While also examines the differences between training men and women footballers; and, describes and analizes the state of coaching education in the Czech Republic and the United States of America (the most progressive country in the world in women?s football). The knowledge gathered will be used in special courses for the coaches of women´s football in the Czech Republic.
