Ze statistického vyhodnocení vyplývá, že týdenní aktivací hlubokého stabilizačního systému došlo k signifikantní změně výšky 7. a 9. harmonické frekvence, intenzity 1. a 6. až 10. harmonické frekvence a maximální intenzity zpívaného tónu na hladině významnosti p < 0,05 a délky zpívaného tónu na hladině významnosti p < 0,1.The aim of the work was to find out if activation of deep stabilizing muscles can influence the harmonic elements of the tone and their intensity, as well as the intensity of a singing tone and its duration, constancy of frequency and amplitude in the course of voice production. Altogether 31 probands (16 in the study and 15 in a control group) participated in the research. Their voice production was recorded during two singing tasks and then analysed. The statistical evaluation shows that a one ? week activation of the deep stabilizing muscles resulted in a significant change in the height of the seventh and ninth harmonic frequency, the intensity of the first and sixth to tenth harmonic frequencies and the maximum intensity of the singing tone at significance level of p < 0,05 and the length of singing tone at significance level of p < 0,1.
