Diplomová práce si klade za cíl analýzu využití e-learningu v adaptačním vzdělávání zaměstnance na oddělení sociálně - právní ochrany dětí (OSPOD). Nástrojem naplnění cíle je provedení teoretické deskripce didaktického procesu vzdělávání dospělých, distančního vzdělávání a e-learningu. Již v textu jsou navrhnuta možná řešení adaptačního školení, které bude realizováno přímo na Městském úřadě v Jaroměři. V závěru diplomové práce uvádím konkrétní návrhy a doporučení pro využití e-learningových nástrojů v adaptačním školení zaměstnanců na OSPOD. Realizátorem adaptačního školení bude společnost Rentel a.s. Školení bude přístupné přes vzdělávací portál města Jaroměř a jeho náplní budou především zákony související s výkonem práce úředníka na dané pozici. Výsledkem analýzy využití e-learningu v adaptačním vzdělávání je tzv. Blended LearningThe main object of this thesis is the analysis of e-learning use in the adaptation education of employee at the depatment of the socially-legal protection of children. The aim is reached by the theoretical description of didactic process of the adult education, the distance education and by the e-learning. Answers for the adaptation training are sugested straight in the text. The adaptation educatipon will be realize on the city office Jaroměř. The particular suggestion for e-learning use in the adaptation education of employee at the department of the socially-legal protection of children are described in the end of this thesis. The author of the adaptation education will be Rentel company. The adaptation education will be offered by the city Jaroměř web portal. The content of the adaptation education will be primarily laws related to the position of the officer on the department of the socially-legal protection of children.
