Cieľom tejto magisterskej diplomovej práce je poukázať na podstatné zložky motivácie a vzťahu človeka k práci a na úlohu motivácie v procese vzdelávania v podmienkach súčasných organizácií. Práca je rozdelená na teoretickú a empirickú časť a jej obsah tvorí šesť kapitol. V teoretickej časti v kapitole jedna až tri sme sa zamerali na vysvetlenie základných kľúčových pojmov súvisiacich s motiváciou, ich význam a vzájomné prepojenie, nahliadli sme okrajovo do histórie motivácie a spomenuli sme najvýznamnejších autorov tejto oblasti ako aj ich teórie, ktoré mali výrazný vplyv na motivačné teórie súčasnosti. V štvrtej kapitole sme sa presunuli do oblasti vzdelávania, konkrétne sme sa zamerali na podnikové vzdelávanie, a pokúsili sme sa objasniť vzťah vzdelávania a motivácie. V piatej kapitole sme sa bližšie oboznámili so spoločnosťou, v ktorej sme vykonali prieskum. Realizovaný prieskum nám priblíži šiesta kapitola, v ktorej sme vyhodnotili dotazník a zhodnotili stanovené hypotézy.This diploma work deals with basic components of motivation and attitude of a man to the work. It allocates the function of motivation in the education process in present companies. This diploma work is divided into theoretical and empirical part and it contains six chapters. In the chapters one to three we described the key words connected to motivation, their consequences and mutual interface, we described shortly the history of motivation and mentioned the most influental anthologists and their theories, which influented present theories of motivation. In the chapter four we moved into the domain of education, specifically the company education and we tried to clarify the attitude of education and motivation. In the fifth chapter we introduced the company, where we accomplished the investigation. This investigation is described in the chapter six, where we evaluated the questionary and here we also reviewed the defined hypotesis.
