Bakalářská práce se zabývá možnostmi využití konceptu Bazální stimulace u osob trpících demencí. Práce je členěna na teoretickou a praktickou část. Teoretická část je zaměřena na vývoj konceptu Bazální stimulace ve světě a v ČR. Jeho východiska, základní prvky a možnostmi jeho využití u klientů trpících poslední fází demence. Pojednává také o demenci a možnostech komunikace s lidmi trpícími demencí. Praktická část je zaměřena na problematiku využívání konceptu BS, což ilustruje případová studie.This Bachelor´s thesis deals with the possible usage of the concept of Basal stimulation for people suffering from dementia. The work is divided into theoretical and practical parts. The theoretical part is aimed at the development of concept of the Basal stimulation in the world and the Czech Republic, its resources, the basic elements and possibilities of its use for clients suffering from the final phase of dementia. It also disserts on dementia and the possibilities of communicating with people suffering from dementia. The practical part is aimed at the usage of koncept of Basal stimulation at the praxe. The issue of the usage of BS is illustrated by the case study.
