Záměrem bakalářské diplomové práce je upozornit na osoby bez přístřeší, které jsou ohroženy sociálním vyloučením, jako na sociálně patologický fenomén, který souvisí s negativními společenskými jevy jako je např. nízká úroveň vzdělanosti, kriminalita, nezaměstnanost, dětství v neúplné a problémové rodině, alkoholismus, domácí násilí, problémy se závislostmi. Ve většině případů jsou bezdomovci vnímáni okolím jako lidé propuštění z dětských domovů, z výchovných ústavů, z terapeutických komunit, z výkonu vazby, z výkonu trestu, z psychiatrických léčeben nebo lidé, kterým se rozpadlo manželství, partnerský vztah nebo dlouhodobě nemohou najít zaměstnání. V teoretické části jsem se zabývala právními úpravami vztahující se k bezdomovectví, orgány a organizacemi poskytující služby bezdomovcům. Dále jsem zkoumala bezdomovectví jako patologický jev, resp. typologii, příčiny, zdravotní péči a prevenci bezdomovectví. V empirické části práce bylo provedeno formou dotazníků rozkrytí základních charakteristik osob bez přístřeší na Uherskobrodsku, kteří mají dočasné ubytování v azylových zařízeních. Cílem bakalářské práce je zjistit počet osob bez přístřeší v Uherském Brodě a přilehlých obcích a nastínit nabízené stávající sociální služby v Uherském Brodě a okolí a zmapovat požadavky občanů bez přístřeší na využívání sociálních služeb stávajících, chybějících.The aim of the bachelor thesis is to draw attention to the homeless people endangered by the social proscription who are perceived as the socio-pathologic phenomenon which is connected with the negative social phenomena such as low level of general intelligence, crime rate, unemployment, childhood spent in the single - parent or problematic families, alcohol addiction, home violence, addiction problems. In most cases the homeless people are perceived by their surrounding society as those dismissed from the children's asylum homes, the correction centres, therapeutic communities, the execution of the punishment and from the mental homes or they are considered to be those who split up their marriage or partnership or those people who suffer from a long-term unemployment. In the theoretical part I have dealt with the law regulations relating to homelessness, to the local authorities and organizations providing the facilities and services for the homeless people. Furthermore, I have researched the homelessness as the pathologic phenomenon , respectively its typology, causes, health care and homelessness prevention. In the empirical part I have made a questionnaire analysis of the homeless people living temporarily in the asylum facilities in the area of Uherský Brod. The aim of the preliminary bachelor thesis is to carry out this analysis, which means to find out the total number of the homeless people in Uherský Brod and adjoining villages and also to find out the possible availability of the existing social services in Uherský Brod and its surroundings. Moreover, I would like to map (chart) the demands of the homeless people for their utilization of the current social services and also of those ones which are missing now.
