Cílem předložené práce bylo zjištění prevalence vybraných druhů patogenů s nebezpečným fenotypem rezistence v komunitním prostředí olomouckého regionu. Ze skupiny patogenů, které představují v současné době problém z hlediska rezistence byly vybrány následující druhy: erytromycin-rezistentní Streptococcus pyogenes a Streptococcus agalactiae, penicilin-rezistentní Streptococcus pneumoniae, vankomycin-rezistentní enterokoky, methicilin-rezistentní Staphylococcus aureus, ampicilin-rezistentní Haemophilus influenzae, kmeny Escherichia coli s rezistencí k fluorochinolonům a cefalosporinům 3. generace.The aim of the work was to determine the prevalence of selected pathogenic species with dangerous resistance phenotypes in the Olomouc region community setting. From the group of pathogens currently seen as problematic due to their resistance, the following species were selected: erythromycin-resistant Streptococcus pyogenes and Streptococcus agalactiae, penicillin-resistant Streptococcus pneumoniae, vancomycin-resistant enterococci (VRE), methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus (MRSA), ampicillin-resistant Haemophilus influenzae, and Escherichia coli strains resistant to fluoroquinolones and third-generation cephalosporins.
