Cílem práce bylo zjištění přínosu endorektální ultrasonografie, CT vyšetření a CT kolonoskopie, ověření Schiesslevoa úhlu v určení předoperačního tádia TNM u pacientů s nádorem rekta. Pacienti se zjištěným nálezem rektálního karcinomu byli v předoperačním období podrobení skiagrafickému vyšetření plic, CT vyšetření břicha a pánve a u indikovanýchpacientů pak bylo doplněno endosonografické vyšetření, nebo CT kolonoskopie případně vyšetřen Schiesslův úhel. V Ústavu zobrazovacích metod FN Ostrava bylo během období 1/2005 ? 12/2007 vyšetřeno celkem 219 pacientů s tumorem rekta. Z uvedeného počtu 219 pacientů bylo 142 mužů (64,84%) a 77 žen (35,16%). Průměrný věk pacientů činil 63,45 let. Předoperační staging byl sestaven z výsledků provedených vyšetření, tedy sonografického, CT , RTG plic a endosonografického a pacienti byli indikováni k chirurgickému výkonu na základě mezioborového semináře za účasti chirurga, onkologa a radiologa.The aim of the study was to evaluate the contribution of the imaging techniques (ERUS, CT, CT colonography, Schiessel angle) in preoperative TNM staging of rectal cancer. Patients with verified rectal cancer underwent (in the preoperative period) chest X-ray and CT scans of the abdomen and pelvis. ERUS was performed in patients with tumour of the medium and lower rectum. CT colonography or Schiessel angle determination was performed in selected cases.Between 1/2005 and 12/2007 we have examined 219 patients with rectal cancer at the Department of Radiology in University Hospital Ostrava.
