Tato bakalářská práce je pojata jako literární rešerše problematiky vlivu invaze slávičky mnohotvárné (Dreissena polymorpha) na společenstva makrozoobentosu. Zahrnuje dostupné informace o způsobu filtrace slávičky a její konečný dopad na společenstva makrozoobentosu, trofický systém a populace ryb. Zaměřila jsem se také na různé aspekty vlivu slávičky, které mohou přítomnost nebo absenci daných skupin makrozoobenthosu nějakým způsobem ovlivnit. Jedná se o typ podložního substrátu, množství organické hmoty, velikost areálu osídleného slávičkou, výšku vodního sloupce a v neposlední řadě konečné důsledky na vybrané taxonomické skupiny organismů. Dále jsem se krátce věnovala metodám, které se používají ke kolonizačním experimentům, a navrhla jsem metodu experimentu na mou diplomovou práciThis bachelor thesis is a literature search for the problems of the impact zebra mussel invasion on benthic macroinvertebrate communities. It includes available informations about way of filtration zebra mussel and its final impact on the macroinvertebrate communities, trophic system and fish population. I have focused on the various aspects of the influence that could somehow affect the presence or absence of the given groups of macroinvetrebrates. Here are the type of the underlying substratum, amount of the organic substance, the size of the habitat colonized by zebra mussel, the height of the water column, and the final consequence on the selected taxonomic groups of the organism. I have dealt short with methods that are used for colonization experiments and suggested the experiment method for my work
