Diplomová práce sleduje využití výjezdové služby pro klienty, kteří se dostanou do psychotické krize. Výzkum je zaměřen na klienty konkrétní krizové výjezdové služby v Praze a mapuje potřeby vážně duševně nemocných a jejich příbuzných v této krizové situaci. Cílem výzkumu je zhodnotit význam této služby pro klienty v psychotické krizi a zmapované potřeby porovnat ze tří úhlů pohledu: klienta, příbuzného, pracovníka.The thesis regards the use of mobile crisis unit for clients in psychotic crisis. The research is focused on clients of concrete mobile crisis unit in Prague and maps the needs of serious mental patients and their relatives in this crisis situation. The aim of our research is to value the importance of this service for the clients in psychotic crisis and to compare the inquired needs from three points of view: the client's, the relative's and the mobile crisis unit member's.
