V diplomové práci vyhodnocuji a analyzuji tréninkový rok 1994/95 světové závodnice Ludmily Formanové na 400 m. Zabývám se problematikou tréninku na 400 m žen, objasňuji základní tréninkové prostředky a strukturu výkonu. Specifikuji trénink na 400 m Ludmily Formanové v době dosažení vrcholné výkonnosti v dané disciplíně. Analyzuji sezónu 1994/1995 co do objemu a kvality tréninkové práce a porovnávám ji s doporučeními Moravce (1988) in Dostála (1985).In my thesis I evaluated and analysed the training year 1994/95 of Ludmila Formanová, the world competitress in the 400 metres sprint. I dealt with problems of training women for the 400 metres sprint. I also gave a further explanation of basic training means and performance structure. I specified the training of Ludmila Formanová when she came out on top in the given discipline. I analysed the season 1994/95 as to the volume and quality of training work and I compared it with the recommendations of Moravec (1988) in Dostál (1985).
