Tato práce je zaměřena na formální prameny islámského práva s ohledem na Korán a sunnu. Smyslem této práce je bližší seznámení s prameny islámského práva. Práce je rozčleněna do pěti kapitol. V první části je stručně charakterizován islám a islámský právní systém, který je srovnán s kontinentálním právním systémem. V druhé části je práce zaměřena na strukturu a tvorbu islámského práva, jsou vysvětlny pojmy fiqh a úsul al-fiqh. Je zde popsáno učení jednotlivých islámských právních škol. Třetí část se věnuje hlavním a vedlejším pramenům islámského práva. Je zde provedena kategorizace pramenů islámského práva a charakteristika jednotlivých pramenů s ohledem na jejich aplikaci. Čtvrtá část se věnuje Koránu, jeho významu, členění textu. Poslední část této práce vysvětluje, co to je sunna, obsahuje její kategorizaci. Je zde provedena oficiální kompilace hadíthů, popsána struktura hadíthů a některé hadíthy jsou okomentovány.This thesis focuses on the formal sources of islamic law with regard to Koran and sunna. The main point of this work relies on the sources of islamic law. The thesis is divided to five chapters. The first chapter describes islam and islamic legal system, which is compared with the continental legal system. The second chapter is focusing on structure and formation of islamic law. There are explained some terms, for example fiqh and usul al-fiqh and discribed doctrines of islamic legal schools. The third chapter puts brain to the primary and secundary sources of islamic law. You can find there the categorization and description of sources of islamic law with regard to their application. The fourth chapter puts brain to the Koran, to the purport of the Koran and to the division of the text of the Koran. The last chapter of this thesis explains the term of sunna. It containes categorization of the sunna and official compilation of hadeeths. There is described the structure of the hadeeths and some hadeeths are there commented.
