Práce pojednává o literatuře psané tzv. allochtonními autory. Do této skupiny spadají potomci gastarbeitrů, kteří do Nizozemska přišli jako pozvaná pracovní síla především v 60. a 70. letech minulého století, lidé z bývalých kolonií a autoři, kteří jako političtí uprchlíci získali v Nizozemsku azyl. Vybrané knihy odrážejí zkušenosti těchto lidí s odlišnými kulturními kořeny a popisují život a zvyky v Nizozemsku z jejich úhlu pohledu. Dále se tato práce věnuje odlišnostem v užití jazykových prostředků, které daní autoři užívají, zejména na lexikální úrovni.The objective of this thesis is to examine the allochthonous literature in the Netherlands. This literary stream is represented by authors with different cultural backgrounds. Some of them moved to the Netherlands at later age, others are descendants of the so-called gastarbeiters who were born in the Netherlands. Within this thesis I try to analyze literary works of seven authors divided into three groups according to the division made by Hugo Brems in his overview of the history of Dutch literature in the period of 1945-2005. The background of the selected authors has influence on the topics they write about and marks a divergence from the so-called autochthonous Dutch norms, habits and literary tradition. The aim of the thesis is to analyze the themes and language devices occurring in the chosen books.
