Diplomová práce je zaměřena na problematiku stresu ve vztahu k osobnostním charakteristikám a psychickému stavu policejních potápěčů. V teoretické části jsou popsány specifika policejní práce se zaměřením na policejní potápěče, je zde uvedena problematika osobnosti, emocionality a stresu. Ústředním tématem je problematika potápění a stresu při potápění. V praktické části zjišťujeme vztah mezi osobnostními charakteristikami, psychickým stavem, demografickými daty policejních potápěčů na straně jedné a mírou stresu při policejní činnosti a při potápění na straně druhé. V rámci výzkumu byly použity dotazníky DOPEN, SUPOS - 7, IPSS a dotazník vlastní konstrukce (Stres při potápění).The topic of the diploma thesis is focused on the police divers, the relationship between their personality characteristics, mental condition and their style of coping with the stress. In the theoretical part we can find the specifics of the police job with the attention to the police divers. The main part is about the police diving and the stress caused by it. In the practical part we are discovering the connections between personal characteristics, mental condition, demographic background of the police divers and the measure of the stress by the typical police activities and by the diving. For the research there were the following psychological tests used: DOPEN, SUPOS - 7, IPSS and the questionnaire made only for the purpose of this thesis (The Stress by the diving).
