Práce identifikuje roli assessment centra v procesu výběru zaměstnanců. Popisuje psychologické aspekty této metody a mapuje současný stav výzkumu v této oblasti. Hodnotí postoje uchazečů o zaměstnání, kteří mají zkušenost s touto metodou a popisuje jejich hodnocení této metody a jejich postřehy. Práce také nastiňuje možnost praktického využití zjištěných poznatků.The thesis identifies the role of the assessment centre (AC) in the recruitment process. It describes the psychological aspects of this method and searches for the relevant surveys in this field. It evaluates the attitudes of job seekers who have some experience with the AC and describes their opinions. This thesis also outlines the possibility how to use our observed results in the process of designing assessment centres.
