Tato bakalářská práce si klade za cíl poukázat na vztah těla a duše v estetickém kontextu Plótinovy filosofické nauky. Důraz je tedy kladen na význam krásy, a to jak ve smyslovém světě, tak ve světě duchovním. Výchozím a také základním textem mi byly Plótinovy dvě pojednání o kráse, a to O krásném I 6 [1] a O duchovní kráse V 8 [31]. Hlavním záměrem a cílem práce je dojít k odpovědi na otázku, proč člověk touţí odebrat se od krásy smyslové ke kráse duchovní. V práci mimo jiné poukazuji také na přístup k umění jak Plótina, tak Platóna a ukazuji, v kterých Platónových dialozích Plótinos nacházel inspiraci pro svou nauku o kráse.The aim of this bachelor thesis is to discuss the relationship of body and soul in the aesthetic context of Plotinus? philosophy. Therefore the emphasis is placed on the meaning of beauty both in the sensory world and the spiritual one. The basic texts were two Plotinus? treatises on beauty: O krásném I 6 [1] and O duchovní kráse V 8 [31]. The main aim and goal of this work is to find the answer to the 44 question of why people desire to withdraw from the sensual beauty to the spiritual one. In my work I also highlight Plotinus? and Plato?s approach to art and I show the source of Plotinus? inspiration for his teachings on beauty in some of Plato's dialogues.
