Tato diplomová práce se zabývá porovnáním terminologie, která se objevuje v textech nizozemské a belgické ústavy. Pozornost je věnována i významu a vzniku tohoto právního dokumentu. Dále je zde popsán rozdíl právního systému v Nizozemsku a Belgii. Na závěr jsou stručně definovány pojmy, které se v daných ústavách vyskytují a popsány rozdíly mezi nizozemštinou a vlámštinou, přičemž je kladen důraz především na jazyk a terminologii z oblasti práva.This thesis introduces the Dutch law terminology differentiations employed in the Netherlands and Belgium. The Constitutional Charters of both countries mentioned above were studied and compared as they are considered to be essential and important legal documents. Further introduces this thesis the origin and importance of these documents and the difference of the system of law in the Netherlands and Belgium. In conclusion, there are described the differences between the Dutch and Flemish language.
