Práce se zabývá problematikou výběru policistů do speciálních jednotek Policie České republiky. Skládá se dvou částí. V první je popisován systém výběru policistů do speciálních jednotek, který využívá mimo specifických odborností také poznatků a technik z oblasti outdoorových a volnočasových aktivit. Problematika je zaměřena na oblast teoretické přípravy, fyzickou zdatnost spojenou s psychickou odolností a plnění úkolů tématicky provázaných s činností ve speciální jednotce (kooperace, práce ve výškách, střelecká příprava, sebeobrana, taktika, topografie, logické úkoly, pozorování, přežití aj.) a to např. i za současné spánkové deprivace. Téma bude zahrnovat nejen rozbor výběru policistů v České republice, ale také provede okrajově popis a srovnání některých odlišných výběrových metod vybraných jednotek zemí Evropské unie. Druhou část tvoří příloha, která obsahuje mnou vypracovaný projekt výběru policistů k zásahové jednotce Policie České republiky, Krajského ředitelství policie Severomoravského kraje (dále jen ZJ KŘP Smk).The thesis deals with the topic of the selection of Czech special intervention units policemen and is thematically divided into two parts. In the first one there is a description of the procedure of selecting the policemen of special intervention units, within which the knowledge and techniques of the outdoor and free time activities used besides the specific professional qualification. The important aspects of the concerned problematics that the applicants have to manage are as follows: the area of the theoretical preparation, the physical fitness together with the mental endurance and an ability to fulfil the tasks connected to activities carried out as a certain part of the work in special intervention units (cooperation, height works, shooting preparation, self-defence, tactics, topography, logical tasks, observation, survival etc.), moreover under the conditions of the sleep deprivation. The topic includes not only the analysis of this kind of selection in the Czech Republic but as well the general description and compare of some different selecting methods used by certain units in other states of the EU. The project of the selection of policemen to the Special Intervention Unit of Police of the Czech Republic, Regional Directorate of the North Moravian Region, that I have carried out creates the second part of the thesis.
