Tématem této bakalářské diplomové práce je "Vnitřní konkurenceschopnost Evropské unie a České republiky". Cílem práce je popsat činnost EU ve sféře posilování konkurenceschopnosti, oblasti, které se společenství věnuje již od svých začátků. První kapitola je určena k vymezení pojmu tržní konkurence a uvedení jejího významu v ekonomice. Druhá kapitola se zaměřuje na vztah Evropské unie k problematice konkurenceschopnosti a pojednává o způsobech měření konkurenceschopnosti. Třetí kapitola je věnována posilování konkurenceschopnosti a prostředkům, jakými toho lze dosahovat a následně je zaměřena na konkurenceschopnost České republiky.The subject of this bachelor thesis is "Internal competitive strength of the European Union and the Czech Republic". The aim of this thesis is to describe the EU activity in the competitiveness strengthening field. That is the area the EU has been dealing with since its beginning. The first charter is intended to give the formulation of the market competition and to state its importance in economy. The second chapter focuses on the relation of the European Union to the competitiveness questions and deals with measuring methods of competitive strength. The third chapter is devoted to strengthening of the competitiveness and to the tools which enable to accomplish that, later on it is aimed at the competitiveness of the Czech Republic.
