Předmětem zájmu zjišťování je zda-li se psychologická služba hasičského záchranného sboru dostala do povědomí hasičů jako pomoc pro ně samotné. Teoretická část práce je věnována jak historii i současnosti hasičského záchranného sboru, tak také popisu důležitých pojmů, přiblížení osobnosti hasiče, jeho temperamentu, charakteru, vlohám či schopnostem. Dále je také součástí teoretické části kapitola zaměřená na stres a syndrom vyhoření a hlavní stresory, které na hasiče ? záchranáře denně působí. Poslední kapitola nám pak přibližuje psychologickou službu, její funkci a činnost, stejně tak jako práci psychologa samotného či poskytování posttraumatické péče. Výzkumná část odpovídá na zadané cílové otázky a porovnává možné rozdíly v pozitivním vnímání psychologické služby z hlediska chronologického věku či délky praxe profesionálních hasičů.The subject of interest is determining whether the psychological service of fire brigade came to the attention of firefighters to help themselves. The theoretical part is devoted to the history and present of fire brigade, as well as to a description of important concepts, firefighter?s personality, his temperament, character, talents and abilities. It is also part of the theoretical chapter focusing on stress and burnout and the main stressors that the firefighters - rescuers are daily affected with. The last chapter brings us to the psychological service, its functions and activities, as well as the psychologist?s work itself and the provision of psychological post-traumatic care. Research part answers to the specified target issues and compares the possible differences in the positive perception of psychological services in terms of chronological age or length of the practice of professional firefighters.
