Cílem mé diplomové práce bylo navázat na mou bakalářskou práci a zjistit, jaké změny nastaly v českém pracovním právu po vstupu ČR do EU a jaká je pozice ČR v rámci EU, co se týče výše minimální mzdy, délky pracovní doby nebo délky dovolené.The aim of my master?s thesis is to enlarge my bachelor?s thesis. I wanted to find out the amendments of Czech labour law after the entrance of the Czech Republic to the EU and the positron of the Czech Republic within the EU as regards to the minimum wage, the working hours or the lenght of holiday.
