Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou edukace onkologických pacientů v problematice venózních portů a hodnocením jejich spokojenosti s implantovaným podkožním portem v průběhu intenzivní léčby V teoretické části jsou podrobně rozpracovány kapitoly týkající se kvality života, implantabilního podkožního portu a edukace. V praktické části jsou předkládány výsledky anonymního dotazníkového šetření prováděného od konce dubna roku 2009 do poloviny května 2010 u pacientů s implantovaným podkožním portem v prostředí hemato-onkologické kliniky FN Olomouc. Součástí praktického oddílu práce je edukační materiál určený pro tyto pacienty. Je zaměřený na shrnutí základních informací důležitých pro pacienta a jeho blízké před implantací a následně i v průběhu užívání portu. Jen dobře edukovaný klient může aktivně spolupracovat se zdravotnickými profesionály při péči o své zdraví. Výsledky výzkumného šetření jsou shrnuty v diskusi a v závěru práce.This thesis deals with the issue of education of oncology patients in the issues of venous ports, as well as with the evaluation of their satisfaction with their implanted subdermal ports during intensive treatment. The theoretical part of the thesis contains detailed chapters on the quality of life, implantable subdermal ports and education. The practical part presents the results of an anonymous questionnaire survey that was conducted between the end of April 2009 and the half of May 2010 among patients of the Haemato-oncology Department of the Olomouc University Hospital who have subdermal ports implanted. The practical part also includes educational materials for these patients. Its purpose is to summarise the basic information that is important for the patient and their relatives, both prior to the implantation and afterwards. Only well-informed client can actively cooperate with medical professionals during treatment. Research results are summarised in the discussion and conclusion.
