Tato bakalářská diplomová práce se zabývá analýzou vnitřní firemní komunikace a úrovní mezilidských vztahů na pracovišti v jedné z divizí nejmenované firmy v České republice. V teoretické části jsou vysvětleny pojmy firemní komunikace, mezilidských vztahů a jejich vazba k řešení pracovních konfliktů a stresu na pracovišti. V praktické části jsou tyto vazby zkoumány na této konkrétní firmě pomocí dotazníkového šetření mezi zaměstnanci dané divize.This diploma thesis is focused on the company communication and the interpersonal relations in the workplace in one of the divisions of an unnamed company in the Czech Republic. The theoretical part is based on the explication of the company communication, the role of the interpersonal relations in the workplace and its consequent relation to the interpersonal conflicts and to the stress solutions. In the practical part are those relations investigated by means of a questionnaire survey among employees of the selected division.
