Predmetom diplomovej práce s názvom Právní účinky směrnic EU v právních řádech členských států je vymedzenie účinkov smerníc, ktoré spôsobujú nenáležite implementované smernice v členských štátoch Európskej Únie. Pre získanie lepšej orientácie v danej právnej problematike, pojednáva diplomová práca najskôr o práve EÚ v širších súvislostiach. Potom pokračuje definovaním smerníc, porovnáva ich s ďalšími aktmi EÚ a zaoberá sa požiadavkami na ich obsah a adresátov. Ďalej definuje implementáciu, ktorej proces je nevyhnutné prepojiť s následkami jej nenáležitého prevedenia, inými slovami s účinkami smerníc. Účinkom smerníc je venovaná podstatná časť diplomovej práce. Na záver je uvedený prehľad použitej literatúry, súdnych rozhodnutí a smerníc, ktoré sa viažu k téme.The goal of the thesis named Legal Effects of the EU Directives in the Legal Systems of the Member States is to specify legal effects, which is caused by improper implementation of directives in European Union member states. To get a better knowledge in a given legal situation, the final thesis firstly deals with EU law from wider perspective. Afterwards it continues by defining directives, compares them to another EU acts and deals with requirements for their content and addressees. Furthermore, the final thesis defines implementation process, which needs to be linked to consequences of its improper realization, in another words, to legal effects of EU directives. Significant part of the final thesis is dedicated to the legal effects of EU directives. Conclusion contains summary of used literature, court decisions and collocating directives.
