Diplomová práce se zabývá tematikou lexikální a syntaktické feminizace ve francouzském jazyce. Pozornost je věnována celkovému vývoji této problematiky a jejímu rozdílnému přijetí v evropských frankofonních státech (Francie, Belgie, Lucembursko, Švýcarsko) a ve dvou kanadských frankofonních provinciích (Québec a Ontario). Práce pojednává rovněž o aplikaci pravidel feminizace v jednotlivých oblastech (média, politika, sport).The thesis deals with the lexical and syntactical feminization in the French language. It analyses the overall development of the feminization and the different ways of its adoption in the European Francophone countries (France, Belgium, Luxemburg, and Switzerland) and the two French-speaking Canadian provinces (Québec and Ontario). The work also discusses the application of the feminization rules in various fields of human culture (media, politics, and sports).
