Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na léčbu a rehabilitaci Komplexního regionálního bolestivého syndromu (KRBS), především I. typu. Teoretická část zahrnuje rozdělení, stádia, příčiny vzniku, etiopatogenezi, klinické příznaky a diferenciální diagnostiku tohoto syndromu. Diagnosticko- léčebná část popisuje vhodné diagnostické a léčebné metody používající se u tohoto onemocnění. Další část se specificky věnuje KRBS na horní končetině, především jednotlivým způsobům rehabilitační léčby, jako je kinezioterapie, fyzikální terapie a ergoterapie, které pomáhají usnadnit návrat pacienta do běžného denního života.The Bachelor´s thesis is focused on the treatment and rehabilitation of the Complex regional pain syndrome (CRPS), primarily, type I. The theoretical section includes the division, the phases, the causes for its occurrence, the etiopatogenology, the clinical symptoms and the differential diagnosis of this syndrome. The diagnostic treatment section describes appropriate diagnostic and treatment methods used for this illness. The next section is specifically devoted to CRPS on the upper extremity, primarily the individual method of rehabilitation treatment, as is kinesiotherapy, physical therapy, and ergotherapy, which aid in simplifying the patient´s return to daily, common life.
