Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou nevidomých a vodicích psů. V teoretické části je stručně popsána historie výcviku vodicích psů, anatomie zrakového ústrojí a průřezová témata z výcviku vodicích psů. V rámci diplomové práce byly zpracovány dva soubory dotazníků. Na základě dotazníků vyplněných nevidomými byla zjištěno, že jsou se svými vodicími psy velmi spokojeni. Z analýzy dotazníků vyplněných studenty speciální pedagogiky PdF UP v Olomouci vyplynulo, že by bylo vhodné v rámci výuky rozšířit prostor věnovaný problematice vodicích psů.Diploma thesis deals with the issue of blind people and guide dogs. History of training of guide dogs, anatomy of sight and fundaments of present training of guide dogs are described in theoretical part of the thesis. In the thesis there were worked up two sets of questionnaires. On the base of questionnaires answered by blind people was found out that they are very satisfied with their guide dogs. From the analysis of questionnaires answered by students of Special Pedagogy PdF UP in Olomouc resulted that it is advisable to extend the volume devoted to issue of guide dogs in education of Special Pedagogy.
