Práce se zabývá tématem podnikajících matek. První část je zaměřena na teoretická východiska týkající se mateřství a genderové segregace trhu práce. Mapuje vývoj podpor v mateřství a situaci žen na trhu práce od historie až po současnost. Dále se věnuje harmonizaci práce a rodiny. Druhou část tvoří kvalitativní výzkum žen, jež začaly podnikat v průběhu těhotenství nebo na mateřské či rodičovské dovolené. Práce předkládá analýzu hloubkových rozhovorů, jež autorka uskutečnila. Analýza se věnuje rozhodnutí žen podnikat, sladění péče o rodinu s podnikáním a vlivu podnikání na rodinu.This thesis theme deals with entrepreneurial mothers. The first part is focused on the theoretical base connected with maternity and gender segregation in the labor market. The thesis maps the development of maternity grant and women's position in the labor market from the past to present. Then the thesis dedicates to the harmonization of work and family. The second part consists of qualitative research on women who began doing bussines during pregnancy or maternity or parental leave. The thesis submits an analysis of depth interview, which was realized by the author. The analysis deals with women's decisions to doing business reconciling family care and business and the impact on the family business.
