Práce pojednává o vlivu nestátního sektoru na kvalitu života celiaků.The main topic of this essay is an influence of non-profit sector on the quality of life of people who suffer from celiac disease The first part aims the non-profit sector in general. My main focus will be on the non-governmental, non-profit organisations. The second part discusses health, social as well as psychological aspects of this disease. It also briefly discusses dilemma of "accepting Eucharist". The third part is research as such, including used techniques, data acquisition and document analyse as well as web pages of non-governmental, non-profit organisations focused on the help of people who suffer from celiac disease. As a result of this work I have created and informational leaflet for people with celiac disease, which should provide them with relevant information about their disease.
