Na pěti lokalitách byl v letech 2009 a 2010 prováděn výzkum čeledi komárovitých (Diptera: Culicidae). Čtyři lokality se nacházely na území CHKO Litovelské Pomoraví, jedna lokalita ležela mimo toto území. Na každé ze studovaných lokalit byly vybrány dva biotopy - zastíněný a osluněný. Celkově bylo tedy navštěvováno 10 stanovišť. Za oba sledované roky bylo odchyceno 2 981 jedinců, kteří patřili k 18 druhům a 5 rodům. Materiál byl posuzován z hlediska ekologie a faunistiky. Pět druhů bylo eudominantních (Aedes vexans, Ochlerotatus cantans, O. communis, O. cataphylla a O. sticticus) a vyskytovaly se na všech pěti lokalitách. Tři druhy byly dominantní, jeden druh recedentní a devět druhů bylo subrecedentních. Provedla jsem literární rešerši a předkládám přehled všech druhů komárů, celkem 31, které byly doposud na tomto území zjištěny. Dva druhy jsem pro tuto oblast zaznamenala poprvé (Culex territans a Culex torrentium). Porovnala jsem CHKO Litovelské Pomoraví s výsledky již provedených výzkumů čtyř srovnatelných oblastí a zjistila, že se jedná o druhově stejně bohatou oblast jako BR Pálava. Nezjistila jsem kvalitativní rozdíly mezi zastíněnými a osluněnými biotopy. V obou letech proběhly na území CHKO jak jarní, tak i letní kalamitní situace, na kterých se podílely následující druhy (v pořadí podle početního zastoupení odchycených jedinců): Aedes vexans, Ochlerotatus cantans, O. communis, O. cataphylla, O. sticticus, O. intrudens, Aedes cinereus a Ochlerotatus annulipes.In 2009-2010, a research of the family Culicidae (Diptera) was carried out in five localities. Four localities were situated in the Litovelské Pomoraví Protected Landscape Area, and one was outside this area. Two habitats were chosen in each locality - shaded and insolated. Hence, altogether ten sites were investigated. A total of 2,981 specimens were captured during the two years, belonging to 18 species and 5 genera. The material was evaluated in terms of ecology and faunistics. Five species were eudominant (Aedes vexans, Ochlerotatus cantans, O. communis, O. cataphylla, and O. sticticus), and were present in all the five localities. Three species were dominant, one was recedent, and nine species were subrecedent. I have performed a literature search, and I am presenting an overview of all mosquito species, altogether 31, which were found in this area. Two species were recorded in this area for the first time (Culex territans and Culex torrentium). I have compared the Litovelské Pomoraví Protected Landscape Area with the results of researches already made in four comparable areas and found that the study area is as species-rich as the Pálava Biosphere Reserve. I have not found qualitative differences between the shaded and insolated habitats. In the years under study, both spring and summer calamitous situations took place in the Litovelské Pomoraví Protected Landscape Area, dominated by the following species (arranged successively based on the number of individuals captured): Aedes vexans, Ochlerotatus cantans, O. communis, O. cataphylla, O. sticticus, O. intrudens, Aedes cinereus, and Ochlerotatus annulipes.
