Diplomová práce se zabývá terminologií, symptomatologií a etiologií syndromů spojených s orofaciálními rozštěpy, konkrétně Apert syndromu, Pierre-Robin sekvence, Treacher-Collins syndromu a Velo-kardio-faciálního syndromu. Dále se práce zabývá komplexní péčí o jedince s těmito syndromy v České republice. Zjišťuje, jaká je dostupnost informací o těchto syndromech a jak jsou rodiče spokojeni s komplexní péčí.Diploma thesis deals with a terminology, a symptomatology and an etiology of syndromes associated with orofacial clefts, in detail Apert syndrome, Pierre-Robin sequence, Treacher-Collins syndrome and Velo-cardio-facial syndrome. It describes a comprehensive care of people with these syndromes in The Czech Republic. It is interested in an availability of information about these syndromes and a parental contentment with a comprehensive care.
