Diplomová práce je zaměřena na osobnost sociálního pracovníka, jeho osobnostní předpoklady při výkonu sociální práce a jeho vzdělání. Pozornost je věnována etickému kodexu sociálního pracovníka a dává sociální práci do legislativního rámce. Práce se zabývá definicí syndromu CAN a charakterizuje jednotlivé druhy syndromu CAN. Praktická část práce popisuje kompetence konkrétního oddělení sociálně právní ochrany dětí v Prostějově, představuje další instituce v rámci spolupráce s OSPOD a věnuje se statistickým údajům za období let 2005-2009.The degree work is focused on the personality of a social worker, on his personal preconditions for performing his social work and for his education as well. Attention is paid to the ethical codex of such a social worker putting the social work in the legislative scope. This work goes into details of the definiton of CAN syndrome and characterizes the individual types of it. The practical part of this work describes the competencies of the concrete department of the social and legal children protection in Prostejov, introduces further institutions within the cooperation with OSPOD and devotes also to the statistical data during 2005 and 2009.
