Cílem této studie bylo zhodnotit stav pacientů před a po operaci totální endoprotézy kyčelního kloubu. Soubor tvořilo 10 pacientů indikovaných k operaci totální náhrady z důvodu primární koxartrózy. Pro tyto účely jsem zvolila metodu digitální pedobarografie a zaměřila se na časoprostorové parametry chůze a statické zatížení chodidla. Navzdory tomu, že žádný z výsledků nebyl na hladině významnosti p{$<$}0,005 signifikantní, jsou patrné pooperační trendy k optimalizaci chůze a tlakových poměrů na chodidle. Dalším, dílčím, cílem bylo zhodnotit dobu, která uběhla od udání prvních subjektivních obtíží týkajících se postiženého kyčelního kloubu a vztáhnout ji ke stavu pacienta, dle naměřených hodnot. Variabilita výsledků byla u pacientů natolik velká, že nebyly nalezeny obecné trendyThe aim of this study was to evaluate the condition of patients before and after surgery total hip arthroplasty. Group consisted of 10 patients indicated for total replacement surgery due to primary coxoarthrosis. For this purpose I chose the method of digital pedobarografie and focused on spatiotemporal gait parameters and the static load of the foot. Despite the fact that none of the results was the level of significance p {$<$}0.005 significant, are noticeable trends to optimize postoperative gait and pressure conditions on the foot. Another part was to evaluate the time elapsed since the first indication of subjective symptoms on the affected hip and relate it to the patient's condition, according to measured values. Variability of results in patiens was so wide that the general trends have not been found.
